If there’s one blog that summarises free-spirited bohemian style, it’s FUSS! Based out of scenic Goa, Rhea Gupte of FUSS has eclectic taste and the spin she gives hers outfits is always noteworthy. Whether it’s going all out with spunky accessories or pulling a 180 with a look that’s completely simple, the chic blogger loves experimenting with styling to create looks that are unique to her. We collaborated with her on our Shivan&NarreshxStylista collection and if you think she went OTT with her styling, think again! The blogger took the minimal route and her photographs amidst the frothy waters and clear skies of Goa are almost poetic. We also quizzed the blogger about her views on this collaboration and here’s what she had to say:
1. Tell us a little about your blog FUSS?
FUSS is a creative space for me to express my thoughts and ideas about fashion, as well as to experiment with styling, photography and composition.
2. What was your concept behind this stunning lookbook?
My idea was to portray the beautiful Shivan&NarreshxStylista pieces in a peaceful setting at a beautiful destination. It embodies the spirit of a woman who enjoys being by herself, expressing her personality through the clothes she wears and finds joy in the little moments of life.
3. What is your favourite piece from the Shivan and Narresh for Stylista collection?
My favourite piece from the collection is The Linear Obsession Swimsuit. It is an unusual colour palette, yet looks so chic and wearable thanks to the way the colours have been juxtaposed. It also fits like a dream!
4. How was your experience collaborating with Stylista?
I always enjoy working with brands which give me complete creative control, and Stylista was absolutely supportive of having me work on my original idea for this. Also, it was a lovely opportunity to work with clothes designed by Shivan and Narresh, who are my favourite swimwear designers in the country.
5. Any tips on how one can style the Shivan & Narresh for Stylista collection?
The pieces look amazing just as they are, which is why I kept the styling minimal. However, I would love to see them worn with a wide-brimmed straw hat and a cute beach bag!
